Benton Township Police are investigating after two people were shot.

The shooting happened early Sunday morning, Feb. 11, in the 1900 block of Union Avenue.

Officers were called there on the report of a disturbance and found the male and female victims after hearing the shots fired.

Both victims were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

So far, there is no word of any possible suspects or information about what led to the gunfire.
