A suspect who had an active murder warrant in connection with a 2022 homicide in South Bend has been arrested.

Marquis Duncan, 18, was taken into custody on Thursday, Feb. 15.

Duncan has been charged with murder for his role in the shooting death of 30-year-old Domenik Briggs on West Indiana Avenue in October 2022.

Duncan is being held at the St. Joseph County Jail.
