The body found by the St. Joseph River in Elkhart has been identified as William Hensley, 43, of Elkhart.

Hesley was reported missing back on Jan. 18.

Hensley’s family has been located and notified of his death.

The autopsy was performed on Friday and is  pending final results.

Hensely’s death has been ruled suspicious and is still an open investigation.
