A business in Cass County was devastated by fire Sunday night.

The owners of Tri-Star Molding posted on the company’s Facebook account that their building off M-40 in Marcellus was “a total loss.”

Firefighters responded to the business around 11 pm Sunday, and the fire smoldered into Monday morning. Tri-Star Molding makes custom plastic parts for a number of industries.

There is no word on the origin of the fire, and the company has not said anything about their future plans.
