Crossroads United Way partners with Dolly Parton Imagination Library to bring free books to area children

Crossroads United Way has partnered with the Dolly Parton Imagination Library to bring free books to area children.
The program is available to children in Elkhart, as well as children in LaGrange, and Noble counties from birth until their fifth birthday.
Each enrollment begins with the book, “The Little Engine That Could,” and concludes with the book, “Welcome to Kindergarten.” Currently, 1,400 children in Elkhart County, alone, are enrolled.
United Way is actively working with local libraries, schools, parks departments, and other organizations to help families register for the program.
