Michigan’s marijuana industry is smokin’ hot.

In fact, it’s the biggest in the entire US, with the highest per capita regulated sales.

The director of the state’s cannabis regulatory agency tells WSJM that much of that success is due to the great communication between dispensaries and customers.

Millions in marijuana taxes are benefitting the state this year, with municipalities and counties getting their piece of $87 million. The school aid fund and the transportation fund have each received $101 million from marijuana sales this year.
