A Niles man is going back to prison after spending about thirty years in the criminal justice system.

60-year-old Ricky Oliver pleaded guilty to delivering and manufacturing meth.

He was sentenced to three to 20 years in prison. It happened in January of last year during a traffic stop in Dowagiac.

Leader Publications reports that prior to his most recent sentence, Oliver had the chance to complete both the Swift and Sure and Adult Treatment programs.

A Cass County Circuit Judge says Oliver is not a bad person, but just continues to make bad choices.
