A 29-year-old Granger man is charged with bestiality and torturing an animal.

Andrew Hsu was charged yesterday after being accused of making videos of himself having sex with the dog inside his apartment.

The dog is an Australian Cattle Dog-Blue Heeler who is now in a different state after being removed from the home.

Hsu is also said tied the 27-pound dog to a tree in January of 2023 after being frustrated by the dog’s incontinence issues.

Vet records show the dog was bleeding because of those issues.
