LaPorte County is hosting an educational and fun event for those cats lovers out there.

The LaPorte County Animal Shelter and Jane Bernard Animal Adoption Center are hosting a Kitten Shower.

It’s to raised money for kittens in need and to teach people about fostering animals. Of course, there will also be kittens.

It’s happening on Tuesday, April 9, from 10 until 3:30 in LaPorte.

Organizers are asking for the public to bring kitten milk replacer, nursing bottles, canned kitten food, and even more.
