Kosciusko County Councilwoman Kimberly Cates faces drunk driving charges

Kosciusko County Councilwoman Kimberly Cates faces two misdemeanor charges for drunk driving.
Operating While Intoxicated charges were filed against Cates on Tuesday.
Court documents state Cates was pulled over on March 9 by a Kosciusko County deputy after her car was seen weaving in its lane and crossing the fog line multiple times.
A blood draw showed her blood alcohol content was 0.2, nearly three times the legal limit.
