A man walking away from a crash in Marshall County has been taken into police custody.

Sheriff’s deputies were called late Saturday afternoon, after witnesses say a vehicle hit a power pole and saw a man walking nearby.

Cops caught up to 32-year-old Skyler Daniels who had active arrest warrants in both Marshall County and Fulton County.

He faces a charge of False Informing and the previous warrants.
