Parents of a 2-week-old boy who died in May of 2022 will be in court on Thursday, April 11, on neglect resulting in death charges.

Initial hearings are set for Amanda Fahlbeck, 38, and Nick Hunsberger, 33.

According to court documents, the toddler was found unresponsive by medics at the family’s home on County Road 23 and pronounced dead at the hospital.

Tests performed on the parents found meth and fentanyl in their blood.

The drugs were also found to be outside factors in the child’s death.
