A 24-year-old man was sentenced to 18 years by plea agreement.

Billy Yaratch Jr. was arrested in August last uear after an ICE unit received information about Fentanyl dealings.

The report came from someone who stated that a family member had overdosed on the pills. In July last year, a source purchased pills from Yaratch while working with the ICE unit.

Yarach was taken into custody at a traffic stop before police executed a search warrant for his home.

They found that he has several pills, two handguns, and over $10,000 in cash, and he was charged with Dealing in a Narcotic Drug, Possession of a Narcotic Drug and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

After admitting that his drug habits had caused a lot of problems in his life, Yaratch’s attorney requested Recovery While Incarcerated, which the judge agreed to.
