The St. Joseph County area plan commission approved a proposal, this week, to turn more than 900 acres of farmland into an industrial zone for a new business tech campus.
It’s located south of the Toll Road between Capital Avenue and Bittersweet Road and has the potential for buildings up to 600,000 square feet and future development south of Cleveland Road.
