Lincoln Township’s government reorganization process continues

(95.3 MNC)

The reorganization of Lincoln Township’s government is moving forward.

Tuesday, the township’s Board of trustees approved the organizational chart and pay structure for the key township officials. WSJM reports that the entire board supports a change to a professional manager when Supervisor Dick Stauffer steps down at the end of the year after 20 years in the role.

The plan is to post the job in June, hold interviews in August, and hire someone in September. The manager will earn about 120,000 a year.
