Every hearing in the Delphi murders case for this week has been canceled.
The defense team for suspect Richard Allen filed a second motion to disqualify Judge Fran Gull, claiming she’s biased and has abused her position of power.
She will now have to review a 42 page document from the defense before anything else can move forward.
This week would have settled several arguments, including what evidence will be allowed in trial, the suppression of Allen’s prison statements, the order keeping Allen in prison, and several several more. Trial begins October 14th.
