Man arrested after breath test registers three times legal limit

Police in Goshen arrested a man they say submitted a preliminary breath test registered three times the legal limit.
It happened early Tuesday night, June 4, during a traffic stop for a moving violation.
The driver, Joshua Lee Vannoster, 32, submitted to a certified chemical test with pending results.
He was to the Elkhart County Jail.
