Elkhart man sentenced for residential entry, false informing

34-year-old Lovell Fredrick of Elkhart was sentenced to residential entry and false informing after originally being accused of sexual battery and burglary dating back to February of 2023.

The Goshen News says Fredrick entered an apartment on Sycamore Street and woke the woman in the home.

He was sentenced to 7.5 years for residential entry and to 180 days for false informing, both to be served concurrently.
