Two people were injured in a shooting on Sunday afternoon on South Bend’s east side.

Police arrived around 4:40 p.m. at Northside Boulevard in the River Park area.

They found two injured people and took them to the hospital. Their conditions are currently unknown.

The South Bend Police Department’s Violent Crimes Unit is investigating the incident.
