A woman accused of murdering, her husband will be taken to the Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction for restoration of competency.

70 year old Linda Tener is accused of shooting her husband back in March.

Reports say her daughter-in-law contacted police stating that Tener was pointing a firearm at her son, Eric.

Eric reportedly wrestled the gun away from Tener and pinned her down, though she allegedly told him that she had shot his dad and that he was dead.

Police went to the tenors nearby home where they found her husband, Johnnie, dead in a recliner with one gunshot wound. Tener had recently been hospitalized and treated for anxiety the day prior to the incident.
