IU South Bend is on a search for the next chancellor after Chancellor Susan Elrod announced her plans to retire in December.

The chancellor is responsible for academic, student, financial, development and administrative dimensions of the campus, and as the oldest and largest regional campus, the university’s mission is focused on regional impact, partnership and transformation.

Storbeck Search, one of IU’s executive search partners, will do the search for the new campus chancellor.
