Reports say a single-vehicle crash is under investigation after the vehicle was traveling southbound on Garrett Rd. when it crossed the centerline, left the roadway, went down a ditch and rolled before coming to a stop in the field.

The driver was trapped under the vehicle and was transported by ambulance to the hospital where they were pronounced dead.

The passenger was also taken to the hospital where they refused treatment.
