A ribbon cutting ceremony happened yesterday for a new Prime steak and seafood restaurant.

The new restaurant, Cascade, offers an airy, modern, light-filled space with both indoor and outdoor seating options and views of the St. Joseph River.

It serves only Prime-rated beef, which accounts for the top two percent of beef in the world.

And, the restaurant will receive fresh shipments of seafood six days a week.

The restaurant, located on Colfax Ave, will be open for dinner service seven days a week.
