The St. Joseph County Election Board voted unanimously to keep Doug Chaffee on the ballot for the Penn Harris Madison school board.
This decision followed a challenge from Ben Dallas, who was removed from the ballot last week for using the partisan nickname “Ben Dallas MAGA.”
Dallas argued that Chaffee’s connections with local Republicans and his campaign activities in a GOP booth violate the non-partisan nature of school board elections in Indiana.
