The Elkhart Fire Department was dispatched to an apartment complex for a structure fire Friday morning.

Upon arrival, they found smoke showing from an upstairs bedroom window, though the fire was contained to one apartment.

One person was treated for injuries, and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
