A 31-year-old Tippecanoe woman is in the Marshall County Jail after authorities received information of an alleged abuse.

A search warrant revealed the possession of meth, drug paraphernalia and unsafe and unfit living conditions.

Skianne Kinsey was arrested and is facing drug and child neglect charges while her four children are in protective custody.
