The Bristol Town Council is expected to vote on Thursday, Sep. 19, about whether to rezone land for a proposed $1 billion dollar data center.
Residents expressed worries about property values, infrastructure, and noise at a meeting on Monday.
The data center planned for 250 acres north of County Road 23, could double the town’s assessed value.
If the project is rejected, the land may attract other manufacturing businesses.
