A Warsaw man was killed in an ATV crash.

The collision happened around 3 p.m. on Friday, Sep. 27. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Deputies arrived on scene and found a Suzuki 4-wheeler, and a man partially submerged in the pond.

Police say the man driving the ATV was driving around the pond and drove off the grass and into the water.

Thomas J Bussell, 73, was pronounced dead at the scene.
