The South Bend Entrepreneurship and Adversity Program announced the grand opening of its Collaboration Hub on Wednesday.

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held Wednesday evening for the new facility, designed to provide support and resources for graduates of the SBEAP initiative.

Over 350 local entrepreneurs have been empowered by the 11-month program.

The Hub, equipped with tools to help entrepreneurs overcome some day-to-day challenges, will eventually move into the former South Bend Tribune building, but for now is located at 805 Lincoln Way West.

Its hope is to create an environment where entrepreneurs can thrive, access critical resources and receive expert consulting.
