A LaPorte man has been arrested on suspicion of dealing narcotics.

In the months leading to 47-year-old Thomas Newgene Gill Anderson’s arrest, dug task force officers began receiving community complaints and tips.

After months of investigative work a search warrant was executed on Wednesday, Oct. 9, in the 900 block of Ridge Street, where Anderson was taken into custody.

Anderson remains housed in the LaPorte County Jail on a $50,000 cash-only bond.
