A man accused of burglarizing Sherlock Homes of Goshen has filed a plea agreement.

The Goshen News says the company contacted police to report items stolen from two business models on December 18 of last year.

Surveillance footage showed a vehicle being loaded with items from the business, and police were able to locate the vehicle and its owner, David Davis.

Davis was reportedly uncooperative during the investigation, but a search warrant of his phone turned up photos of furniture stolen from Sherlock Homes.

Davis pleaded guilty to burglary. His sentencing is scheduled for December 12.
