Arrest made after deadly shooting in Eau Claire, Mich.

A shooting in Eau Claire left one person dead and another injured.

Deputies responded around 12:45 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2, to the intersection of Main and Elm Streets, where they found two men with gunshot wounds.

One victim was unresponsive with critical injuries, and the other had non-life-threatening injuries. Both were taken to the hospital, where one man later died. His identity has not been released.

With help from witnesses, police quickly identified a suspect, who is now in custody at the Berrien County Jail on multiple charges.
