Elkhart Police have arrested suspects in two stabbing investigations:

Officers have arrested a male suspect in connection with a stabbing that happened on Monday evening, Nov. 18, in the 1200 block of South Main Street. The 49-year-old man who was stabbed was taken to the hospital with possible life-threatening injuries. During the investigation, officers located the 26-year-old suspect in the 1300 block of Eden St and took him into custody.

Elkhart Police have arrested a 39-year-old woman in connection with a stabbing investigation, Monday, Nov. 18, at the Baymont Inn hotel on Brittany Court. On scene, police encountered a woman who was stabbed. She suffered just minor injuries. Police arrested the suspect in the 900 block of Markle Avenue. The case was then forwarded to the Elkhart County Prosecutor’s Office for review.
