Two people have been arrested on burglary charges after a break-in at a home on Juday Lake Drive.

St. Joseph County Police investigators say the break-in happened on Thursday, Jan. 2.

Officers were called to the scene after they say a neighbor saw something suspicious and called it in. When police got there 38-year-old Ryan King and 31-year-old Sara Weldy fled the scene.

However, they didn’t get far.

Both were quickly arrested and the stolen items were returned to the homeowner.
