A Buchanan man has been sentenced to prison time on several charges.

37-year-old Timothy James pleaded guilty to fleeing and eluding police, unlawful driving away of an automobile and domestic violence after an incident that happened in May.

James was reportedly on parole out of Indiana at the time of the incident.
