Two vehicle crash in Cass County sends multiple to hospital

The Cass County Sheriff’s Office responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Daily Road and M-60.

The collision happened shortly after 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 21, when a 24-year-old Osceola resident was driving southbound on Daily Road and failed to yield to a westbound vehicle on M-60, resulting in the wreck.

A newborn child in the 24-year-old’s vehicle was properly restrained and showed no signs of injury but was taken by ambulance to Memorial Hospital in South Bend as a precaution.

Passengers in the second vehicle were also taken to Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
