A Leesburg man lost his life in a two-vehicle crash on State Road 15 in Bristol.

According to police, the collision occurred around 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 5, at the intersection with Commerce Drive.

Police say an 18-year-old White Pigeon man driving a pickup truck couldn’t stop in time when the Leesburg man failed to yield the right-of-way and pulled into his path.

The Leesburg man died at the scene. The White Pigeon man was not hurt.
