Three man accused of burglarizing an abandoned Elkhart building appeared in court last week.

Reports say an AEP worker reported noises inside a vacant building on W. Mishawaka Road in November.

Timothy Warren, Timothy Gibson and Samuel Lafollette were found at and around the scene, and Gibson claimed he worked for Amit Shah’s Green Stream.

The Goshen News says police found $3 thousand in copper and $200 in fire extinguishers, and Shah confirmed that Gibson was fired and did not have access. All three individuals had their jury trial continued to June 30.
