WATCH: Vehicle disregards stopped school bus, police need help finding driver

Video has gone viral of a driver who ignored the flashing lights and stop signs of a Penn Harris Madison school bus, narrowly missing two children walking to board the bus. It happened around 7:40 a.m. on Tuesday, March 18, in the 56000 block of Ash Road in Osceola.

The suspect vehicle is described as a Red Dodge Charger with dark-tinted windows and possibly a black stripe down the side. The driver is described by police as a petite black female, approximately 5’4″, with long braids (some red).

Why are they not able to enhance the video to get the license plate number? It’s cleaerly visible from the bus camera as the car passed the bus.
