Mayor Rod Roberson to give State of the City Address Tuesday evening

The City of Elkhart’s Mayor Rod Roberson will give his annual State of the City address at the Lerner Theatre on Tuesday, April 22th. This community event is open to the public.
Doors will open at 5 pm, followed by a presentation that begins promptly at 5:30 pm. Mayor Roberson’s State of the City address marks a pivotal moment in Elkhart’s development and growth, as the City transitions from plans to tangible progress through its ASPIRE Elkhart program. Guests will gain insight into what is in development and what lies ahead for the City of Elkhart.
“I can’t wait to deliver my sixth State of the City address on how our incredible city is evolving,” said Mayor Rod Roberson. “I invite the community to be in the room at the beautiful Lerner Theatre to hear what is on the horizon for Elkhart.”
The Lerner Theatre is the catalyst of downtown development. It will celebrate its year-long centennial anniversary in 2025.
Mayor Roberson will address key highlights of the past year, including developments through the City’s ASPIRE program and setting a new standard for Elkhart’s future. The event is sponsored by Borden.
