The St. Joseph County SWAT Team and CrossFit 061 are teaming up to host the iconic “Murph” workout.

It’s happening on Friday from 8 a.m. until noon at CrossFit’s location. The Memorial Day Murph: Honoring Our Heroes event features a timed one-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats and another one-mile run.

It honors the memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy who was killed in action in Afghanistan in June 2025.

The Memorial Day Murph is $35 per person with 100% of proceeds staying in St. Joseph County to support local veterans and first responders. SOQ
