A Shipshewana couple is facing charges of business corruption after about 500 catalytic converters were found at their salvage yard.
Amy and Brian Howard, owners of Howard Salvaging in Bristol, are accused of buying stolen converters without verifying ID or ownership.
Many of those converters were cut at both ends, causing suspicions of theft.
The Goshen News says Amy reportedly admitted to knowingly buying from sketchy sources. Their jury trials were rescheduled to September 8.
