Man in Mishawaka stabbed, suspect rounded up by police

A man is recovering from a stabbing and police have rounded up the suspect. The stabbing happened shortly after 2:30 p.m. on Friday, May 30, at the intersection of West Broadway and Clay Street in Mishawaka.

Police responded to the scene and found a male victim with a stab wound to his upper arm. The victim, who was conscious and alert, was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Authorities located the suspect in the stabbing at Parkview Terrace Apartments in the 500 block of East 12th Street.

Investigators say the victim and the suspect know each other.
