Indianapolis man sentenced for machine gun possession

An Indianapolis man has been sentenced to 46 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release after pleading guilty to possessing a machine gun in U.S. District Court in South Bend.
Queyoun Foulks-Smith, 20, was found on July 4, 2024, with a stolen firearm illegally modified with a “switch” to fire automatically, which also had a loaded 50-round drum magazine.
The A-T-F and South Bend Police investigated the case.
