An Elkhart County man was sentenced for a severe crash that injured two women.
The crash happened in December of 2022 when Jon Gregorski was driving on C.R. 43 to work and said he looked down to change the radio station.
The Goshen News says he crossed the center line, colliding with a horse-drawn buggy.
The two occupants were injured, suffering scalp and eyelid lacerations as well as fractures to the wrist, the left femur, cervix and other injuries.
Gregorski tested positive for amphetamine and methamphetamine. He was sentenced to a total of five years with two served suspended on probation.
