Elkhart County is set to open its new consolidated courthouse after nearly four years of construction.

Tours of the new facility are scheduled for early August, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony planned for Sep. 5.

Delays in the project pushed the opening date from May to July and now to early August.

The project cost $96 million.
