City leaders, tribal representatives, and hospital officials gathered Monday to mark the beginning of tournament week for the 2025 Four Winds Invitational.
The ceremonial kickoff included representatives from the City of South Bend, the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians and its Four Winds Casinos, South Bend Country Club, and Beacon Children’s Hospital/Beacon Health System.
As part of the celebration, a portion of Michigan Street in South Bend was temporarily renamed “Four Winds Invitational Drive.”
Proceeds from this year’s tournament will benefit Beacon Children’s Hospital. The funds will go toward the purchase of NICU2Home by AngelEye Health, a platform that allows families to stay connected with clinicians during their child’s time in the neonatal intensive care unit and throughout the transition home.
