The Greater Dowagiac Chamber of Commerce’s annual Rod & Roll Classic Auto Show is coming up.

From 8 until 3 on Saturday, August 16, you can join them downtown for show cars, music, awards, lunch and more. There is no charge for the public to view the cars.

Those looking to participate in the Scavenger Hunt can pick up a game sheet at the registration tent and can seek out items in downtown business windows for a chance to win a Dowagiac Universal Gift Certificate.

Leader Publications says the Dowagiac Fire Department will also be grilling hot dogs and brats for lunch as well as offering popcorn and cotton candy to benefit the department and the Cass County Cancer Center.
