Motorcyclist injured after losing control on County Road 46

A South Bend man was hospitalized after losing control of his motorcycle on a rural road.
The 25-year-old rider was traveling eastbound on County Road 46 near County Road 3 around 11:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 19, when the motorcycle went down on a dirt section of the road. The rider reported back pain following the crash.
He was taken by paramedics to Elkhart General Hospital for treatment.
