Lacasa, Inc. will cut the ribbon on its new Lakeview Drive Apartments in Goshen on December 3rd. 

The open house runs from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., with remarks and a ribbon cutting at 3:40, followed by tours of the first two completed buildings.

The project marks a major investment in affordable and supportive housing, supported by the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority, the City of Goshen, Oaklawn, Bashor Children’s Home, and others.

One building will offer permanent supportive housing through Oaklawn, while the second will serve youth aging out of foster care with services from Bashor.

Lacasa CEO Jeremy Stutsman says the development represents stability, dignity and new beginnings for residents.
